Order cut-off time:
Orders placed on working days before 17:00 (GMT+1, Netherlands) will be included in the next processing run.
Order Processing
Order processing takes a maximum of 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During processing, your order is checked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping & delivery time
Delivery time
After processing, the average delivery time is 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday).

Canceling orders
Do you want to cancel your order? You can do so free of charge as long as the order has not yet been shipped .

Has your order already been shipped? Then you can exercise your right of return . Any return costs will then be at your own expense.
Incorrect or damaged items
