Emma Deal is an online webshop that sells consumer products via the website emmadeal.nl .


Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Emma Deal and to every agreement concluded between Emma Deal and the consumer.

By placing an order via this website, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.


Article 3 – The offer

All products and services offered via the website are described as clearly and completely as possible.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Emma Deal. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.


Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and the payment is successfully completed.

Emma Deal reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are valid reasons for doing so, such as incorrect information or abuse.


Article 5 – Prices and payments

All listed prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the checkout. Payments are processed securely via recognized payment providers.

Emma Deal is not liable for malfunctions or delays at external payment providers.


Article 6 – Delivery and shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery time: 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday), unless otherwise stated.

Emma Deal strives for timely delivery, but is not liable for delays beyond its control.


Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After notifying the withdrawal, the consumer has 14 days to return the product.

The complete withdrawal process is detailed in the Returns & Withdrawal Policy on the website and forms an integral part of these general terms and conditions.


Article 8 – Returns

Returns must be registered in advance via the Emma Deal contact page.

The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense .

Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.


Article 9 – Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 working days via the same payment method used to place the order.

Emma Deal is legally permitted to wait with the refund until the product has been received or until it has been proven that the product has been returned.

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.


Article 10 – Liability

Emma Deal is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

The liability of Emma Deal is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order.


Article 11 – Force Majeure

Emma Deal is not obliged to fulfill obligations if it is hindered in doing so by force majeure, including but not limited to delays at carriers, disruptions at suppliers, or technical problems.


Article 12 – Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Emma Deal or her licensors and may not be used without permission.


Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via support@emmadeal.nl
We aim to respond to complaints within 24–48 hours on working days .


Article 14 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Emma Deal and the consumer .


Article 15 – Amendments

Emma Deal reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.
