We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy at Emma Deal. Should anything not be quite right, our returns and exchanges policy ensures a smooth process.  

Return period:
You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with labels and packaging.

How to make a return – Step by step

  1. Contact us  : Send an email to Contact to request a return form and the return address. 
  2. Prepare your items  : pack your items securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  3. Returns  : Use a trackable shipping method to send the package.   Keep your tracking information until we confirm receipt.
  4. Refund or exchange  : After we have received and inspected your items, we will process your refund.

Refund processing time:
refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of your return. Upon approval, we will send you a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Return costs:
Customers are responsible for return costs. We recommend using a reliable, traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your items.

Non-returnable items
must be returned in their original, unused condition. Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please feel free to contact us via Contact  for more information. 

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your order within 14 days and place a new order for the desired product.

Received damaged or wrong items?
If your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, please send an email to Contact,  with a photo and a description of the problem. We will resolve it as soon as possible.  Contact us!
